Helping others bring their ideas to life is My Passion

As an occupational Therapist I have heard so many stories from patients in relation to regret. Although majority of my patients have achieved theirs goals but they always state that in their older age there was so many things they did not achieve in their lives and its the largest form of loss.

“I found a passion in helping others to work on their inner desires to reduce any risk of regret”.

Hey guys!

My name is Alana Simone.

I am an Accountability Coach who works very closely with people to overcome negative emotions and limiting beliefs to fulfil their professional life in confidence.

“Many people are living life year after year in the same way and are not truly fulfilled. They may know what they would love to do or be in life, however, feel that this is unachievable. Many of us work in jobs that do not fulfil us, thus putting ourselves second to an organization. We limit the life we want to live due to many distractions and negative beliefs.”

I have certainly experienced the above and was living a life that did not truly resonate with my life's purpose. I would often put my job, friends, and family’s needs before my own, leaving me feeling burnt out and empty. Fast forward to now, I am living my life how I want and helping others to do the same. This has also helped me be present for loved ones with love and conviction.

I have a large toolkit that I transfer onto my clients to truly transform my client's life with the use of NLP and Accountability.

“The key is to create the identity you resonate with and work towards creating that person day by day”.

My clients have gone from working 9-5 to having their own businesses. My clients have also worked to build in the current jobs and careers and find ways to love what they are currently doing. What’s more, they have also worked to create a lifestyle and Mindset that serves them.

I have helped my clients identify their true purpose and live the life they desire. Thus, reducing any risk of regret in their future, in not doing what they have always wanted to do.

My Journey

CHILDHOOD

I was born in the UK and moved to the Caribbean (Dominica) when I was 7 years old.

I lived there for 4 years and attended primary school which was an interesting experience, where I learnt about diverse cultures and values.

WORK AND EDUCATION

My introduction into work life began with my first job working for a bakery. I then went on to work for a care home, with my final job before my degree working for an airline.

During my time working for an airline I began to have a realization that I wanted to study psychology as my 1st degree. This then led me to study a second degree and become an occupational therapist.

DECLINE IN CONFIDENCE

Studying a degree as a mature student with a family and responsibilities, were very challenging.  Having two children and a household, I began my journey of work life balance, prioritising and focusing on my values.

Through this journey I gained a deeper understanding of others and myself.

SELF-REFLECTION

During the journey to pursue a career in the healthcare sector I have experienced a lack of confidence. To overcome this I focused on my performance and limiting beliefs.

I experienced, hands down, one of my worst years, financially and socially. I began to battle my thoughts, feelings and actions, alongside society, social media and financial pressures. I began going through an emotional roller-coaster.

However, what’s funny is that I knew exactly what changes I needed to make. I was coaching on a regular basis and my clients were experiencing breakthroughs; however, I did not practice any of the strategies myself.
