'My gosh' its the 1st of December already.

Now I know I am not the only person who feels as though October just ended. My gosh, I cannot keep up. This will only be a short blog, but I really wanted to share and I also try to blog once a week so hear you go lol.

Today at 12:00 pm I looked at my to do list and realised I achieved all my goals that morning. My son was playing tennis with his coach and instead of using that as an excuse not to do my writing, I took the laptop with me and had a great time with my words (wow, I’m getting old). Then I realised how quick time passes and that although we have a life time …. it does fly. Time is the only thing we cannot control or get back. However, we can use the time wisely.

As it is the 1st of December, I decided to use it as a guide to set the pace for 2020, or shall I just say the new year. This is another year where you will grow older, another year closer to dying (sorry to be so blunt, but its true). Did that wake you up?

Do we really want to have a repeat of this year, now it may not have been a bad year for you but who wants to repeat anything when there is so many opportunities out there.

For the next four weeks we may find it helpful to think:

Who am I?

Who do I want to be?

How far am I from being this person I desire?

Who is my support network?

Am I happy to continue as I have been?

Do I want to be this weight?

Do I like the way I look?

Am I making the amount of money I need to live and not just survive?

Am I able to help and support others the way I choose?

Am I able to show up for loved ones when I want to?

Do I have the time for myself and if I don’t, why?

There are so many more, but this is a nice way to self evaluate. If you answered ‘No’ to many of those questions, now that you are aware, you can begin to make a change.

Its time for our actions to be in alignment with our thoughts and desires.
